I just returned from a great weekend in Orlando, Florida, where Matthew Comer Pilates hosted training for Pilates Instructors with STOTT PILATES Master Trainer, John Garey. If you do not know who this man is, you have not truly been introduced to STOTT PILATES. I consider him a fitness guru, especially for athletic conditioning. I was at the studio this week chatting with one of my yoga teachers and another student. The student said she would like to attend more classes, but is limited during her lunch break because she often volunteers at the community shelter serving food. I was in La Jolla this time last year for the Pilates Biz Summit, and I took a picture of this wall decor at the retail store inside the resort.
