I just returned from a great weekend in Orlando, Florida, where Matthew Comer Pilates hosted training for Pilates Instructors with STOTT PILATES Master Trainer, John Garey. If you do not know who this man is, you have not truly been introduced to STOTT PILATES. I consider him a fitness guru, especially for athletic conditioning.
