You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Becoming a Pilates teacher is just the beginning.

Maybe you're finishing your teacher training and wondering, What do I do now? Maybe you've been teaching for a few years and feel ready for the next step. Or maybe you're dreaming about opening your own studio, growing your business, becoming a stronger teacher, or simply finding your confidence and your voice.

I've been in all of those places.

I've been the new teacher who wasn't sure she knew enough. I've built a clientele, opened and grown a studio, navigated the realities of running a business, led a team, created educational programs, and eventually sold the business I built. I've also experienced the many twists and turns that come with creating a long-term career in Pilates.

Now, as a Balanced Body Educator, I love helping other teachers navigate their own journeys.

This is mentorship—not a formula.

Our work together is about you.

We'll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what might be standing in your way. Depending on what you need, our time together might focus on teaching skills, developing your confidence, finding your teaching voice, building your clientele, navigating studio life, creating a business, leadership, or figuring out what the next chapter of your career looks like.

I'll share what I've learned from both the successes and the mistakes—but I won't tell you that you need to build your career exactly the way I built mine.

My goal is to help you become the teacher, leader, and business owner you want to be.

If you're ready for thoughtful guidance, honest conversation, and someone in your corner who has actually walked this path, I'd love to hear from you.

Tell me a little about where you are in your Pilates journey, what you're working toward, and where you'd love some support. From there, we'll see if we're a good fit to work together.
